IDEM will present the antidegradation draft rule to the public in four statewide meetings according to the following schedule (all times are local time):

  • August 19, 2009 -- Portage, Indiana, at the NIRPC Building, starting at 6:00 p.m.
  • August 25, 2009 -- Garrett, Indiana, at the city hall, starting at 5:30 p.m.
  • August 26, 2009 -- Seymour, Indiana, at the Jackson County Public Library, starting at 6:00 p.m.
  • September 21, 2009 - - Vincennes, Indiana, at the Knox County Public Library, starting at 6:00 p.m.
