The Department of Energy (DOE), National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL), on behalf of the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy’s (EERE’s) Building Technologies (BT) Program, is seeking applications for Industry Teams to implement the Building America Program’s research program for new and existing homes. This Funding Opportunity Announcement also offers a limited opportunity for Industry Teams to focus on stimulating the existing home retrofit market. All types of domestic entities are eligible to apply, except other Federal agencies, Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC) Contractors, and nonprofit organizations described in section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 that engaged in lobbying activities after December 31, 1995.
