Welcome to the homepage of the WorkEthic Certification initiative. WorkEthic is administered as a pilot program by the Indiana Department of Workforce Development in collaboration with regional workforce boards, schools and post-secondary institutions. The initiative is designed to recognize students who successfully demonstrate the core traits sought by employers in the global economy: teamwork, discipline, commitment, responsibility and more. Through WorkEthic Certification, we will grow the skills of our workforce, supply employers with skilled workers, and help Indiana compete more effectively.
