Online Claimants

  • Indiana law requires a one-week waiting period for which you cannot be paid.
  • Return to Uplink CSS and fill out the claim voucher on-line within one week of filing your initial claim.
  • Continue to file your weekly claims online at Uplink .
  • Visit the WorkOne Center as requested for an interview and job search assistance.
  • Click here for problems or questions about your claim.

WorkOne or Mail Claimants

  • Indiana law requires a one-week waiting period for which you cannot be paid.
  • The following week you will be mailed a voucher to complete and return for your first week's claim, and you will receive a voucher each week you are unemployed.
  • Continue to file your weekly claims either via mail or in person.
  • Return to the WorkOne Center as requested for interviews and job search assistance.
  • Click here for problems or questions about your claim.

Important Tips:

  • Your check could be delayed if you fail to complete your voucher properly - so make sure to answer all questions. Write down wages or pay earned for the week.
  • Don't forget to sign your name if filing by mail or in person.
  • If you file in person or via mail and don’t receive your claim voucher in the mail, call the IDWD help line at 1-800-891-6499 or visit your WorkOne Center.
