Online Claimants
- Indiana law requires a one-week waiting period for which you cannot be paid.
- Return to Uplink CSS and fill out the claim voucher on-line within one week of filing your initial claim.
- Continue to file your weekly claims online at Uplink .
- Visit the WorkOne Center as requested for an interview and job search assistance.

WorkOne or Mail Claimants
- Indiana law requires a one-week waiting period for which you cannot be paid.
- The following week you will be mailed a voucher to complete and return for your first week's claim, and you will receive a voucher each week you are unemployed.
- Continue to file your weekly claims either via mail or in person.
- Return to the WorkOne Center as requested for interviews and job search assistance.

Important Tips:
- Your check could be delayed if you fail to complete your voucher properly - so make sure to answer all questions. Write down wages or pay earned for the week.
- Don't forget to sign your name if filing by mail or in person.
