A Memorandum of Understanding between the Indiana DNR and the Blue River Commision, defines the responsibilites of the Commission.

Indiana Natural, Scenic, and Recreational River System Law describes the criteria and purpose of the the River system.

The River Commission Law establishes River Commissions for streams defined above.

The Indiana Administrative Code defines the boundries and juristictions of the Blue River that relate to the above mentioned laws. (this is a pdf fiile)

Questions about the Commission itself should be directed to the president of the Commission.
